Due to the increase in demand for components to be manufactured, Advantage Welding and Machining has recently purchased a CNC Mazak lathe to complement the two CNC machining centres.
TYPES OF MANUFACTURING WE DO
We manufacture a variety of different components including mounting plates, bronze/steel/nylon bushes, adaptors, air intake elbows, blanking plates, bearings, ‘Z’ spanners, inserts, specialised sprockets and fabricated housings, power tongs for drilling rigs and a variety of pins - just to name a few.

OUR PROCESS
One off or multiple items are easily manufactured to customer specifications.
If no drawings are available, we can manufacture as per a sample, or consult with the customer on design, correct material, etc, and provide engineered drawings if needed, for the desired outcome.
